Procurement & Inventory Analyst

Sherry's Wine & Spirits located at 2627 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington DC 20008 is seeking to fill the position of Procurement and Inventory Analyst.  The Procurement and Inventory Analyst will assess new and innovative products to be launched in the spirits industry and identify appropriate marketing strategies. The position will conduct detailed product analysis of in store sales and flag products that are best or least selling, most or least profitable, most or least requested, and other key metrics so that the business can adjust its procurement and sales strategies accordingly. The Procurement and Inventory Analyst position will require production of Inventory Shrinkage Reports, aged inventory reports, and sales/promotion of access inventory. Products are sourced worldwide  and the Procurement and Inventory Analyst will communicate with vendors that manage the company’s website and inventory sources domestically and overseas on a daily basis. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar is required.
